Intimate Wedding Photography | Canon & Ellie
Canon & Ellie were married on 31st July 2021 at The Darenth in rural Kent, set amongst the rolling Kent countryside in an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’ and the well-kept golf course of The Darenth golf club and the sun shone for us all afternoon!
Ellie arrived in style in a white Rolls Royce and stunning waterfall bouquet by Peachy Blooms and a figure hugging mermaid dress with lace back. Canon & his best man Chima were dressed in velvet D&G jackets to set them apart from the other groomsmen and together they were the perfect wedding couple! Their daughter Juliet, along with her cousins, were flower girls making quite an entrance down the aisle for their outdoor ceremony set beneath the trees and pavilion.
Small, Intimate & Micro Weddings
With only 29 guests due to the Covid pandemic, Canon & Ellie’s wedding was intimate, relaxed and full of emotion – a truly special day that I was lucky enough to be able to capture for them with their wedding photography for memories to cherish in years to come as their family grows.
A small, intimate, or micro wedding is usually a wedding with around 30-40 people, with close friends and family only.
Intimate Wedding Ceremony
The outdoor space was small but beautiful, showing that you can still have beautiful wedding photographs without the large scale wedding venue or 100 guest wedding that is so much the norm in the UK. The ceremony was touching, and full of fun and laughter as Canon & Ellie danced back down the outdoor aisle, as man and wife, along with their gorgeous daughter Juliet.
